In the workshop we make cabinets. Handcrafted out of solid wood. Lovingly made with human hands. Peter Opsvik, inspired by the technique of making barrels (cooper-craft), has designed these objects. Inspiration for creating the unusual motives comes easily in this wild and natural area of Norway. Every piece is different. They speak to us in different ways and this are what we call “conversation pieces” Through our two galleries in Tusvik and Ålesund, it is possible to become more familiar with these objects, and maybe become an owner of one of Peter Opsvik’s work
